We apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused.
After testing this form, I was redirected to this thank you page, however, after being redirected to that page, it was blank. But if I go that page by simply pasting the this URL http://elitetowncars.com.au/thankyou in the browser, then it shows the thank you message.
So, probably it is related to some script conflict as I also tested that thank you URL in one of my simple contact forms and it worked correctly.
However, after cloning your form I found that other Thank you options work correctly. So, I have submitted a ticket related to this issue to our Development team so that they can help us to resolve this issue. We will inform you via this thread if we get any update.
In the mean time try using the one of the other Thank You options not the Custom URL.

So did anything end up resulting from this as I still have no thank you message on my business forms resulting in multiple submissions.

Our apologies. Please note that we've updated a few of our features in the form builder including the thank you settings as well as the embed options. Please try getting your form embed codes again. I would recommend our iframe method:

Hi Still doesn't work. The page scrolls all the way to the bottom of the page. I cannot edit the HTML of the page as it is Squarespace.
Please help as my customers get pissed of with it.

Our apologies. But we still do not have an update on this report. This is specific with Squarespace so I would suggest that instead of using the default or custom thank you message, use a custom thank you page in your website and redirect your users their after submission:
