I am sorry this issue does not seem tobe resolved. I have no issues, with my form, and am perfectly happy with the way it functions on my website and I really would hate to have to leave you because of this issue which is not about alloted or allowances but your customer care and service.
We have been exchanging dialogue about the suspension of my jotform because you tell me that I have gone over my allowance of 10ssl submissions per month. You kindly gave me a knew code to insert on our website as there was an inaccuracy in the old code. I sent this to my webhost.developer and by the next day he had inserted the new code.
you agreed to release our jot form, which you did, but five minutes later you threatend to block it again. Now I am a complete numpty at all this so i have had to refer to our web host for advice and he tells me that I should be asking you what allowance I am breaking the limit on now? Our webhost investigated the code for the form and removed the secure part of the code. I am not now usisng https submissions. As I understand it, this means that because I am accepting submissions that are not Https. that this should lift the blockade on our form. we have also had a look at what we have used so far and can clearly see that we have not used all allowances on our ssl submissions and would like to ask why you keep turning the form off.
I really do not want to have to go else where as I actually think Jotform are the Bees knees! as I said I have no qualms or queries with the form or its function. i just do not understand why you appear to keep moving the goal post.Page URL:

Nobody from us has been turning your form off. The warnings sent are automated by our system and nobody is manually sending it to you.
So far here are the stats of your form submission quota:
Uploads: 0.00 B
If I may ask, do you have your form posted somewhere else aside from this page? http://www.beesknees-guesthouse.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=36&Itemid=66. It baffles me that you seem to keep on receiving SSL submissions even if you claim to have made your form set to a non-SSL transfer protocol.
For the last time I will reset your SSL counter. But this cannot be done again. You will be required to upgrade the next time this happens.
We hope for your kind understanding regarding this matter.
- mumabumbleAnswered on June 23, 2011 at 12:52 PMHello Liyam
I need our web host to see your reply, because as far as I know the form is
not posted anywhere else and yes our web host removed the "s" from the http
code a couple of days ago. Thank you for lifting the block.
I hope we can get to the bottom of this quickly.

I have looked into the source code and so far it seems OK, I will try to monitor your form in a couple of days and see if things are properly working as how it should be.
If there's anything, please keep us posted.
