    Hello gmzaustin,

It mean that in a JotForm free account, you can receive up to 100 submissions in a month. You can have any number of forms in your account but all of them put together can only receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure or 10 payment submissions. If any of the above limits are reached, all your forms will be disabled and form submission will not be possible. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of the following month when the submission counters are reset.

Free accounts are also entitled to use up to 100 MB of upload storage space. If this limit is reached, your forms will be disabled but like submission counter the upload storage space is not reset on the first day of every month. The only option is to upgrade your account. To free up the upload storage space, you should delete the submissions which has file attachments.

    Thank you!
