DW embed code is a complete source code of the form that's why the form embedded on your page using DW embed code does not auto-update it self. Re-embed your form using iframe or the default script embed code instead, it should update dynamically on your page.
Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

The default script does not work (see earlier thread).
the iframe is not working at the moment. The bottom is cut off and i Have no submit button.

OK.... IFRAME is updating automatically and it appears the form is working correctly, but I have no submit button. If you go into the cells TAB your way down, you can eventually get to the submit button so, that means it's there... but at the moment, it is cut off and not showing.
Thanks for the help. I would REALLY like this to be up and running!

Re-embed your form using only the following code. This should fixed it.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/40051430950341" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 5025px; border: none;" scrolling="auto"></iframe>
I simply removed the long script code that's added on your iframe embed code. Let us know if this doesn't help.
