    eCheck feature in Authorize.net

Asked by ruizrb on January 06, 2014 at 04:02 PM

My form is integrated with Authorize.net where I have the capablity to accept eChecks.  My only option on my jotform is credit cards.  Is there a way to include that feature also?

    Thank you,

    Rebecca Ruiz

Thank you for contacting us. Are your referring to this http://www.ach.com/? I'm not sure how's the process of the payment but I will submit a request to our development team to have this added to their feature list. I cannot give any assurance if this integration will be implemented or not and as well cannot provide an exact ETA on this but assure you that once an update is available you will surely be notified via this thread.

"Are you referring to this http://www.ach.com?"   No, within authorize.net the capability to accept a check as a form of payment is available.  Integrating my jotform with authorize.net only allows for accepting credit cards.  I need to be able to accept an eCheck also.

    Thank you,

Ok that clarifies it. I don't think that is possible with our current Authorize.net integration as of the moment as Authorize.net doesn't have an eCheck option for now. We'll have to wait what our development team have to say about this feature added to the Authorize.net integration and we will notify you via this thread. Thanks,

You might want to check this workaround provided by my colleague on the other thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/285038-ACH-payment-processing for your ACH payment process.
