Having problems with placing fields on a form.

Asked by CIAsecurity on January 06, 2014 at 10:58 PM

    Hello,

I'm a new member, testing out your forms. I customizing the "Application of Employment" form, adding fields on your form builder interface, but it's very jumpy and hard to control where to place the fields. Is this a browser issue, or is this how's all your templates act?

After a few minutes, it get too annoying to even continue trying to fit fields in their right places.

If it wasn't because of the jerking and jumping around, it could be an easy thing to create a form. Unfortunately it's taking me an hour to create just 2 categories out of 8.  Not convinient.

    Hi Andy,

Our form builder is using the drag & drop interface. When moving the field, you'll see a dash line which is our indicator that the field will be move, wether up or down. Check this screenshot:

Also, some of the form field on the current template is positioned horizontally, you can do the same by following our field positioning guide: Form Field Positioning.

Do let us know if you need further assistance with creating your form.

    Thanks
