Notification emails does not show any submission data.

    Hello Guys,

                     I am using Jotform in my website and here user submit form, But i am getting form empty means not getting fields value. 

                     I have attached screenshot.

                     Please reply

    Hello jimzaspelva,

    Upon checking your form, I did not find any issue with your form's notification email template. Looks like you have already resolved your issue by creating a new notification alert. I added my email address in your notification alert and sent you a test submission. I did receive the email with all the submission data.


    When you edit your form's notification, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification alert, any fields/question you add/delete in your form will not be reflected automatically in your notification and needs to be added manually.

    The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your notification and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, you will see that all question of your form will match with the notification fields.
