Dear Jotform support team,
One of the users tried to submit an artwork via jotform and jotform appears to be dead. It seems to be an internal JotForm issue. If it is what is the estimate on getting the service back and running? If not, what could cause such a behaviour (no changes to the website took place)?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Upon checking your form, I found that your form is disabled. That is the reason your user were unable to submit the form.
Here are the steps to enable your form:
1. Click on "My Forms" from the top menu.
2. Select the form which you want to enable.
3. Click on "More"
4. From the drop down, click on the "Enable" option.
Upon taking a closer look at your form, I found that you have set the "Submission Limit" as 10. You will not be able to receive submissions more than the specified limits. You may like to change/delete the submission limits if you want to receive more submissions. Here is a guide which should help you understand submission limits: https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
