Freshbook integration on form embedded as source code

No, there's no difference as long as your form is integrated to freshbooks on the form builder. No matter what embed code type you used, as long as your Jotform form is integrated to freshbooks, the submissions data will be sent to your freshbooks when the form is submitted. Go ahead and give it a try!
