    Hi,

    1. Please re-embed your form using an iframe code as I have suggested earlier on your other thread.

    2. To stop 'page jump' upon clicking next and back buttons, append ?nojump on your form URL found on your form embed code. Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40055664703956?nojump

    3. To add top padding on your form, just inject the following CSS codes to your form.

    .form-all {

    padding-top: 50px !important;

    }

    Hope this helps. Please do open each thread for each of your non-related questions next time so we can easily handle different issues/concern per thread.

    Regards!
