I just need to create an informational form to capture payment information from vendors.
All I need is:
Company Name:
Credit Card Name:
Credit Card Number:
Credit Card Expiration Date:
Credit Card Security Code:
Credit Card Billing Address:
I don’t need anything else on the form.
