I tried the conditional setting (skipping pages), but it didn't work for me. It was successful in an attempt but was not consistent when the form was opened multiple times.

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support! I just cloned your form into my own account and created a handful of test submissions to observe the behavior of these conditions. After a number of tests, I have not observed any behavior contrary to that dictated in your conditions. Can you please provide us with some steps we can take to help us reproduce this issue?
