    On I-Pad When used with iframe my form does note expand fully!

    Asked by ronshuller on January 07, 2014 at 10:04 AM

    I am using <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/40026353544144"></script> on the following page -> http://weddingsandmore.com/AvailRequestnew5.html.

    The form expands fully vertically on every device except one an I-Pad where it doesn't expand enough to show the SUBMIT button.

    What am I doing wrong??

    Sincerely,

    Ron

    Hi Ron,

    Kindly re-embed your form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code. This should fix the issue. If not, update us here.

    Thanks

    That didn’t work.
    Again the page is http://www.weddingsandmore.com/AvailRequestnew5.html
    I can’t seem to get the entire height of the form to show up.
    Thanks,
    Ron

    Hello, please embed your form using this iframe embed code

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.us/form/40026353544144" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1171px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    You may adjust the height value that I highlighted if it seems not enough for the ipad. Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you
