I used to receive submissions by email. My forms magically stopped doing this at the beginning of December (didn't notice until today). I confirmed that "Email Alerts" is set up properly and that the correct email address is in there. I also added email@example.com to my email whitelist. Still nothing, can't figure it out! Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Your email address firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list

Please be sure you never leave a field in the email alert settings showing "please select"

It's working now!
I switched the notification email from HTML format to plain text, that seemed to resolve the issue.
