How can I accomodate payment in different currencies

I will be conducting classes in other countries and receiving credit card payments in local currency.  Is there a way for me to automatically populate the form, when a specific class (country) is selected?  What I'd like to be able to do is have the selection of the customer's country (on cc billing address) automatically select their local currency. Or is there a way that if they select a currency option, I can preprogram the converted $US amount to appear.

Also, where do I include a number of items options in the payment section and then where does it total?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to achieve what you described in your question. The reason is because the payment integration is treated as a singular field by the Form Builder. It was programmed that way because the fields inside the payment tool are handled by special API codes that process and send them to Authorize.Net's servers.

As such, manipulation of field values depending on user input, like what you want to do with the price being converted to a different currency upon user's selection of address country, can be a little tricky and cumbersome to implement.

Also, Authorize.Net integration does not allow for any currency other than US dollars, for the reason that accepting transactions using different currencies requires that the merchant's credit card issuer is located in the United States, which is not the case for all of Jotform users. That is why we have not added foreign currency in the Authorize.Net options.

As for including a quantity option in your products:

    1.  Click the Wizard icon in your Authorize.Net field

    2.  Click Next twice until you reach the Products screen

    3.  Click Add New Option

    4.  Choose Add Quantity Property then click Next

    5.  Edit the Quantity Properties to suit your need then click Finish

I can see in your form that the Payment field already shows the total price. Feel free to ask us for assistance with anything that's related to Jotform.
