I am repeatedly getting 524: timeout message

    Team,

    I am repeatedly getting 524: timeout message. All submissions that have been attempted seems to have been written to db. However, thank you page is not loading, nor are the auto emails. Check BRxPxx YPOfferXXXForm for latest activities in this matter.

    After cloning it I was able to test my form, but I was not able to reproduce the issue you descirbed, the Thank you page loaded with no issues. So, if this is not the form you refer to, kindly share with us its specific url so that we can further investigate.

    Dear Jot Team,

    This is the form that was repeatedly showing time out. Its submissions were being written to db. The standard cloudflare time out screen was showing yesterday.

    Hello tmi,

    Thank you for your confirmation.

    Upon checking your form, I did not find any issue with that. Your form is password protected and hence I did not attempt to sent test submissions.  But I did clone your form and like my colleague I was also unable to replicate the problem you are having.

    I would like to test your live form and would require your approval to do so. Do get back to us if we can test your form and we will take a look.
