I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. It is connected correctly with your PayPal account.
I did try to submit your form with test credit card, and it correctly shows declined error message. I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache from here. Please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
