How to Hide Conditional Fields on PDF File

Asked by pbsa on January 07, 2014 at 06:30 PM

My form allows users the ability to open the PDF of their completed form.  However, my form has fields that are conditional based upon the User's answers.

When I complete a form and open the PDF, all of the fields are shown - including those that were hidden from the user while they were completing the form.  How can I hide these from the PDF?

    Please advise and thanks.

You can hide empty fields in your email alerts

To do this, while having your form on Edit mode

    1. Click on Setup&Embed

    2. Click on Preferences

    3. Look for Hide Empty Fields on Emails and set the dropdownsmenu to "Enabled"

Should you have more questions regarding to this, let us know.
