I have tried everything and I cannot embed the code for my contact form to my WebStudio 5 website. The contact form has its own page.
my code is:
If I could see/use the form, it would be located at http://www.lucky9poker.com/contact2.html

Thank you for contacting us. Your embed code is actually showing what you need to adjust is the width of your webpage. Please see the image below:

Once the width have been adjusted the display should be ok see this sample. Let us know if you need further help.
