I notice you have different notification settings on each form, some forms have multiple recipients.
This is not the problem, we would just like to know which form(s) is causing this issue so that we may investigate further.
Is it all the email recipients who are not getting the notification email?
I checked your emails on file, and our email logs do not indicate any errors or bouncebacks.

i am also having this problem... all our forms were working just fine, and then about 3 weeks ago we started getting enquiries about whether we'd received submissions... to discover that we HAD but NONE of us had received the notices... so didn't know the submissions were in!!
this is highly inconvenient...
any suggestions? yes, each fom has different settings... the volunteer applications & performer applications are the high priority now, as vending applications are now closed.
