I created a form that I put on my website.
Today a person told me that the form is not on our website, I verify and I see that i cannot open my form.
On jotform I see that I have 3 subscriptions but I only receive one of these.
The form is this one: "Formulaire d'inscription suivi pers diff"
Could you please check that and send me the subscriptions?

That particular form was affected by a major security issue that we had about a month ago. A lot of forms were unexpectedly wiped out due to that issue. Our developers have done all means possible to restore the forms that were wiped out, but to no avail.
According to our higher ups, there is nothing we can do about this problem. We are sincerely sorry about that. For now, we suggest that you re-create your forms. Regarding the submissions - they are already lost and there is no way we can bring them back.
