I have about 5 forms that are custom i guesss. What i need to know is if it is possible form me to give you a form that we use now, then somehow put it online through our website, then wehn it is submitted, it looks identical to the form the filed out on line when we print it. Also they will have to sign the form. I love the concept and hope we can work together, please respond

Thank you for contacting us. From what I understand from your inquiry, do you want to make your forms(paper or PDF) to be a web form and put it online to your website?
It is hard to guess if it can be done from our Form Builder directly or not without seeing your forms. You can give as the first of the 5 forms so that we can see if it something that can be done.
Also making it a print friendly is another issue. However, we can get to that once the forms are built.
We have an E-Signature Widget that you may use and drag it on the form to let your users digitally sign it.
You can send us the form by replying on this thread or email it to us at email@example.com
Please do get back to us so that we can assist you further. Thank you

done. I found a service that can do it, but your pricing is a little
better. Im looking forward to doing business with you.
PS. Is it still considered 1 form if the form is 3 pages long? or is that
considered 3 forms if it is 3 pages long?

Sorry but email attachments cannot be sent to our support forum. Please do provide a download link of your forms instead and then post the download links on your forum thread here so we can provide you further assistance.

I do see that you have sent the Form to our Support Email. After reviewing further I do see that the form can be built on our Form Builder. Mind you, visually it may look different, the layout will not be the same. But the functionality and fields you need, like text boxes and checkbox fields are part of our standard toolbox.
Is it still considered 1 form if the form is 3 pages long? or is that considered 3 forms if it is 3 pages long?
There are different ways to go about this. You can leave the form as a single long form and separate each section in its own category. You can also divide the form in pages, using the Page break tool, which will give you a next button to move to the next part of the form.
I welcome you to begin working on the form, if you do need assistance we are here to help you out.
