Collect orders without payment

Hi - I'm trying to set up an order form that only accepts payments via my institution's internal budget transfers (ie. a budget code). I don't need to process credit card or PayPal or taxes... is this possible?

If you just wish to show products on your forms, you can use Purchase order:

However, have in mind that, due to the PCI Ceritifcation, you are not allowed to ask for credit card information from your users unless you are using one of the available payment gateways.
