    I attempted to share a submission of my form utilizing the {pdf-link} function and facebook share link (https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=) but it doesnt work. the function only shares this portion of the jotform link (http://submit.jotform.co/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF)

    Does anyone else have an idea how I can post an individual submission of my customer service satisfaction survey to my employees in our internal facebook group?

    Hi,

    That's because FB filters the ampersand symbol "&" which causes the PDF URL to break. To fix that, you have to manually defined the PDF URL so you can replace & symbol with its encoded value which is %26.

    Now instead of using {pdf-link} replace it with this.

    http://submit.jotform.co/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF%26sid={id}%26formID=FORMID

    Make sure to replace FORMID with your actual form ID. It is the long string of numbers found at the end part of your form URL.

    Example:

    https://www.jotform.com/form/12345678901

    The form ID of this form is 12345678901

    It should have the following result after sharing:

    Hope this helps. Regards!

    @SalonFusion

    I tested that here and it works just fine. I got the PDF file without any issue. Check these screens:

    Can you please try it again? If the issue persists, can you provide a screenshot on the error?

    Hope everything is working by now. We'll await your updates. Regards!
