A student wishing to register for classes used a credit card and was informed that it was not a legitimate number or that particular card could not be used. This is a card used by a school and was used for other purchases on other sites before and after his attempt to use it on our site, so the card is good and the number is correct. ??Page URL:

Could you please let us know if the issue happened when trying to upgrade a Jotform account? or did it happen to one of your form users while filling out your form? If that happened to one of your form users trying to filling out a form, kindly share with us the URL of the form wich presented the issue so that we can further investigate.
