How can I specify which email address receives notifications for individual forms

    I'm trying to set up a form that, when submitted, only sends notifications to a specific email address (NOT my default address in my profile).  When I attempt to do this through the Email Alerts tab, it sends the test email to my default address instead of the one I specified

    Test emails will be sent to the default email address, always. To really test a form with a custom email address, you must fill the form out and submit it

    To change the email address, select and click your "Notification"

    Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)
    Make sure that you update the recipient address and that none of fields shows "Please Select"
