Unable to view photo uploads from forms.

Good afternoon. The past couple weeks my jotform it's allowing people to upload photos but I have never been able to open them up. What do I need to do to be able to open them up? Is there something wrong on my end? Please help me to fix this issue. Thank you very much and have a great day.

May I ask you to uncheck these settings from your account, and try to view the uploaded photos after that?
