Is there a way to lock previous fields from being "reasnwered" so the only functionality would be for the client to review and submit based on the remaining fields?

    Hi,

I can see that you have set the fields below as read-only.

Ugh. I wish you guys wouldn't split up support tickets because previous information does not carry over. Now I have to type it all out again.

I know how to set form fields as read-only. My question was far more advanced than that. I am trying to build an approval workflow but because I can't pass images from 1 form to another I was wondering if I could set fields as read only on a form edit. Here is the workflow:

My team member creates a form where he fills in the client name, order number and artwork version. He then uploads an image and that image is previewed on the form. Once he hits sumbit, the client recieves the email to "edit the form". When the client goes to the form all previous information is now read only. The remaining fields are all that is editable. The client would then complete the form based on what my employee added. I don't want them to be able to change any of the previous fields. I hope that makes sense. I have typed this out so many times that I feel like I'm leaving things out. Basically need to create an approval but the new approvals lacks some very pertinent controls that we need. Thanks

    Thank you for your response.

You can add Get Form Page URL widget to your form. Then, you may create a condition to disable fields if the word "edit" is present in the URL.

    Example:

    I hope this helps.
