Hi! I have two forms that each need to be completed by my clients for the services provided, and both forms need to go to different email addresses. However, we are trying to make it easier on our clients so they only have to complete their personal information (name, address, phone, email) once. Is there a way to auto-fill the clients personal information on the second form?

To clarify - form one is for the client's information and the services they want. This email goes to our office for billing. Form two has information on their pet. This email goes to our staff who needs the home address and information on the pet they are watching. We want to have the name, address, phone and email duplicated from form one, onto form two so the client only has to flll it out once.

Not sure if this is possible/asking more than is possible. Any suggestions would be welcome.

    THANKS!

Im not too sure on the workflow you are using to have he user fill out both forms. In any case there are methods to prepopulate forms. Below I'm appending some articles that deal with these methods. So you can review further.

Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

Here are some articles that explain these methods:

Send Information from one From to another: (PHP Required)

Send information from the form to an online app or website:
