I can't find the Submission ID field. What happened with it? I need to give a personal ID for every client who fill the form.. Any idea what can I do? I have ckecked the new widgets but found no similar one.

Submission ID is generated after the for is submitted. You can find the submission id in your form's submission list page. Please check this screenshot:
In submission page, click on the gear icon and you will see the "Id" checkbox. You can check the id checkbox and you will be able to see the ID in the submission view and also in the grid below. If "ID" checkbox is checked and if you export to excel/csv/pdf, the exported file will have the ID field.
The ID field can also be access in the form's notification or auto responder. You can add the "Submission ID" in your notification email by clicking the "Submission ID" which can be found under "Form Fields" Check the screenshot:
