    I upgraded to yearly subscription but account setting it still has economy monthly

    I've paid for an Economy Yearly Account and received the confirmation e-mail, however in my account settings is still saying that my current plan is "ECONOMY" and my next payment is scheduled for the 18th of january... Why??

    Hello maybrina,

    Upon checking, I found that you have upgraded another account with username "alexgallardo". I believe you have two accounts:

    1. maybrina - Economy monthly subscription

    2. alexgallardo - Economy yearly subscription.
