JotForm Approvals: If I disable the login requirement for workflow approval, What will that person have access to?

The approver will receive the Approval email as usual, and when they click Approve or Deny, the submission in the Approvals will open, but they will not be able to view anything else.

You can also test this yourself by setting the approver email as your email address. Make a test submission on your form, log out of JotForm, open your email, and click to Approve or Deny the request.
