Last night I noticed two three submissions and today I logged on to upload all of our submissions as pdf. so that I could then delete and make room but the new ones are no longer showing up! WHere did they go? How can I retrive them?
I also realized when testing my back up plan - dumping the pdfs to a thumb drive, that although I have the written form and attachements show as .jpgs, the link on each wants to take me back to jotforms to retrieve the uploaded supporting documents or pictures. How can I safely store our date before removing the submissions
We realize that we are going to need more space and ar making plans to updgrade but in the meantime, I have to access our data today!

Since you have payment field, can you confirm if those are successfull payments made to your form? I noticed that you have four (4) Incomplete Payments, are you aware of that or can you please check? Check it using this guide: How to View Incomplete Payments.
Also note that "Delete All" button from the form submissions page will remove all your form data, as in permanent deletion. If you want to delete individual submission, scroll down until you'll see the grid listing, in "Del" column, hover your mouse to the "X" button and click it:

By the way, if you know Ruby, you can download all your form files using this App: File_Downloader. If not, you can click on each link individually.
Or, I would suggest integrating your form to Dropbox, Box or Google Drive so everytime you receive a submission, the file and the PDF submission will directly get backup or get save:
