Where would the upload files be stored if I intergrate my form with google spreadsheet?

Filed with the email account you created the form in Google Drive

Google Spreadsheet will only capture the download link of the files. You may also consider integrating your form to Google Drive: Google Drive Integration so keep the files directly into your Google Drive folders.

I'm sorry. Files are stored into our servers :). If someone uploaded a file, that will be forwarded to Google Spreadsheet as a link. You have to click on each link to download the file.
