Error Message when submitting the forms

    I hope you can help us with the below request.

    All surveys have been uploaded using the jotform but we are getting the below page show up once they are completed. Could you please let us know why we are receiving this error message?

    Hello! Our apologies for the inconvenience that you've faced. I've cleared your form cache. Please recheck this at your end by making a test submission.

    If you still face problems, please pass us your form URL; we'll test it at our end.

    We might need to make a test submission on your form to investigate this further; I hope that is okay!
