How to disable Approval Workflows

we have a jotform that's used for new patient paperwork, but every time someone fills it out using the link provided, we're asked to approve the paperwork. can we avoid that step and just have it come to our email address?

Hi @Bhfpsc,

When I examined your form I saw that your form has approval flows. That’s why when someone fills your form an approval email is sent. If you disable it you can skip this step.

1.Please Go to Settings

2.Click on the Approval Flows tab from the toolbar. 

3. Disable the workflow as it is seen in the screenshot below.
