    Receiving notification twice

    Please help, account under www.golf-lift.com. We are receiving the notfication 2, two different emails, labled notification 2 and notification 3. Thanks

    I've took a look at your form and found out that you have multiple notifications in your form which causing the issue.

    In order to fixed the issue, just simply delete notification 2 and notification 3 from your form.
