I'm trying to remove our integration w/ Highrise CRM, & integrate it with Zoho. I cancelled Highrise, but it isn't letting me map those fields to Zoho

We apologize for this inconvenience. I tried to integrate Zoho on a test form and I can map basic fields just fine. However, due to the limited features of my Zoho CRM I was not able to test your form fully as I needed to create Custom Fields on my Zoho CRM which is not present for Free account to match your form.
However, this is your current mapped fields from your form
Can you please specify which fields you want to map that you mentioned not working? So that we can test it directly from your account if we can map your fields correctly to your specifications. Please do get back to us so that we can assist you further. Thank you
