    Hello Muwanika,

    May we ask what payment processor you would like to use to collect donations? 

    In general, there is an option to set the 'Collect Donations' type of payment. It would add a textbox for users to enter amount:

    Please note that JotForm is an online form builder where that allows our users to use our platform to create forms for data collections.

    You may instead create a donation form and share it with others so you can start collecting donations.
