Suitdash error: The contact could not be sent to suitedash

    Hello

    Testing my form to ensure that data captured went into the contact CRM in Suitedash, my tester and I discovered the message below as shown in the attached screenshot. Is there anyway to resolve this or do I have to start a zap again from scratch...seems I can't update info on a zap too. Thanks for your help :) Corrine


    Resend Contact to SuiteDash

    To test SuiteDash, we need to create a new contact. This is what will be created:


    The contact could not be sent to SuiteDash.

    Thanks for patiently waiting.

    After checking, it appears that your Suitdash account doesn't allow creating new contacts when the email address already exists. Can you kindly check your account's settings if there's an option to allow duplicate contacts?

    Have checked the Troubleshoot error steps yet? It contains useful information on how to fix such errors and I suggest you give it a try.

    As well, instead of Resend Contact to Suitedash, you may try a different action such as Update Contact or depending on what you wish to do.
