Hi - the title just about says it all - is there a means by which to automatically check a specific checkbox based on the referring (prior) page?  If a visitor comes from one of our product pages, I want the corresoding check box to be pre-checked for the user.

If that's not an option - is there a method to include jquery and possibly accomplish it this way?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

This can be achieved using a separate javascript code and using the form's source code embed.

But, I would suggest you also take a look at this article first

    1. How-to-Know-the-Exact-URL-of-a-Page-From-Which-a-Submission-Came

    2. -Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Here is a sample form where you can see checkboxes are auto selected.

You did not share to us the URL of your website where we can test the embedded form, but I think you can already pre-populate the checkboxes and also capture the URL which form was submitted from using only the URL of the embedded form.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
