Inventory Widget: How can I create a volunteer form with limited spaces?

Hello

Novice user of Jotform and need some help please.

I want to create a form where people can volunteer to help with particular tasks for particular "sessions" at our upcoming dance concert.

We're asking parents to volunteer for the following roles:

• BBQ sausage sizzle
• Canteen
• Doors
• Set up
• Pack up

And these are over 5 different sessions, with limited "spots" available (so once the "spots" are filled, it closes off and no others can put their name down for that "spot").

For example, we need for Session #1:

• BBQ - 3 people
• Canteen - 3 people
• Doors - 2 people
• Set up - 6 people

Am I able to do this in Jotform?
