Notification email: Fields from notification email disappear randomly.

    I am having multiple issues with Jotform currently. I noticed that the email labeled "To Appointment Bucket" had the contents of the email change randomly. It used to include every field from the form but now it cuts off at a random spot. Please see screenshot attached.


    2 questions. First, what could have caused the content to change without me editing the email? And secondly, how can I easily make it include all of the fields again? The table layout isn't the easiest to use and is time consuming to add each field manually.


    If you could please advise.

    I decided to just delete the email and create a new one since creating one automatic adds all fields.


    No longer a pressing issue, but would like an answer to the above questions if possible.

    Thank you for letting us know the solution you have thought to fix the issue you have reported on this ticket.

    Indeed that is the easiest way to add all the fields your form currently has to the email content.

    I understand that you did not make any changes to your form's email alert. And, changes in the email alerts need to be saved manually to take effect.

    Normally, the content of the email alerts does not just update by itself without someone updating it. The issue appears to be temporary and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience the issue had caused you.

    This just happened again to the new email I made. I haven't touched the email since yesterday and haven't edited the form since then either.

    The email "To Appointment Bucket" randomly cuts off at a point now. I literally just created this new yesterday. Can you please advise what can cause these to change like this??

    Hi,

    Thank you for getting back to us.
    As this happened on the new email you created, I have forwarded this to our developers for further investigation. We do not have an ETA yet, but as soon as we have any updates, we will inform you on this ticket.

    Meanwhile, I would suggest creating a new notification email one more time, and seeing if it will keep all the fields in it.
