    Follow-Up - Spam Through Forms

    Not sure if this is the correct thing to do or not, but I am starting a new question to my earlier question regarding spam through my forms.You said I should try updating the Captcha on my form. Here's the question...Is there a way to update the Captcha - WITHOUT updating my entire form? As you will see on this page... http://www.weborigination.com/web/project-quote ...I have taken the JotForm source code and created a completely custom form. I have gone into the MyForms section of JotForm and modified the form for this page, and I have inserted the new source code (just for the Captcha area) into the custom HTML for this form. Now, however, the Captcha does NOT show up. To be specific, the form is still there and looks correct - except for the Captcha, which is now just a spinning image - as in it is trying to load the Captcha but cannot. I really do not wish to spend the time it would take to redo this form and the others on my site.

    No, you should update the full source code. It is not possible to change only part of the code. There are many changes on the new version.

    Wow... So, now I've got to go back through all my forms (I have 15-20) and redo them all. I understand why you upgraded (to stay in the game with your competitors and to try to stay ahead of the technology curve / offer additional features), but man... Your upgrade has already cost me lots of time and one lost client - and now it is going to cost me at least a full day's worth of work to go in and completely redo the custom HTML on all my forms.I wish you would have at least sent out emails saying the upgrade was going to happen - with a listing of things we, as paying customers, may want to do and/or be aware of BEFORE you actually blind-sided us with the upgrade. (My apologies if you did send out such emails. But, I never received any.)

    The captcha problem is now fixed. So, no change on your forms should be required. I thought the problem was the old form code on your site. It was on our side. We had a bug on our site so the CAPTCHAs were being ignored since last week. Sorry about that.
