Change user name and login information

Currently this account is under someone who is no longer with our organization so we would like to request to have the account information updated.

Hello! You can change the account's email address and password from the account profile page.

Only JotForm staff can change the username for paid accounts. Please provide three possible usernames in order of preference. We will put the first one that we find available.

Also, please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed, so if you are currently using any, you will need to set it up again: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form.
