Submission not received to the form. Help!

i have had a form submission but it seems it has not come through please can you help?

As we check your form, it seems there are no submissions received to the form. Could you check with the user they have received the Thank you page after submitting the form and received the confirmation email? Also, please check if they have received any error message when the form is submitted.

Please try sending a test submission to your form and see if you are able to replicate the issue.

When the form is sent to my husbands account he has created it gives him a note saying that he needs access granted to complete the form when I give him access through the email sent to me it just keeps asking for him to ask for access? Thanks

As we check the form again, there is no submit button added to the form which is why you are not receiving the submissions. Please add the Submit button to the form from the Form Elements so that the users would be able to submit the form.
