Account Hijacked

    It appears that my account (user: jadudley03, email: dudley.21@osu.edu) was hijacked and I just tried to use the "Forgot Password" method to reset it but I never received an email to do the reset?

    Hello again,

    Your account was suspended for Phishing. The Autoresponder email in the form titled "Fancy Envelope Contact Form" is designed to look like it came from the USPS.

    In order to reactivate your account, we will need your consent to remove the fraudulent content. Additionally, please review the Jotform Terms of Use and confirm that you have read and understand them.

    You can just go ahead and delete the account. I was just trying to make sure it was secured since I saw there was suspicious activity.
