Data Usage and Disabled Account

    Hello,

    I attempted to clear out some data by deleting responses and submissions but it does not seem to be impacting our data allotment. Can you tell me how to accomplish this so that we are under our data threshold?

    I have recalculated your form limit and your form should be good and ready to go. It should be working normally now.
