Public form

I created a survey form today that was public. I never shared the link with anyone but I received survey results. When I publish a public form, is there an auto notification that goes out that I’m not aware of?

Please note that setting the form as public only means that the form can be filled out by anyone.

We do not publish it anywhere. It is upon you to share it to any medium you prefer.

Note that if you have embedded your form within your website, people are bound to see your form by anyone who visits your website.
