JotForm solution is to manually clear the form’s cache. I think code to clear the user’s cache automatically can be added to the forms. My issue was escalated. Maybe it can help others.

Can you please share to us the form that have this issue? I'm checking your past tickets, but I don't see a ticket related to form freezing on submit. Which ticket that was escalated are you referring to?
If the hang issue happens on a website, please share the website URL so we can check.

Hello and it is the ticket entitled Embed code: code that will automatically clear user's cache. It has been deemed a "feature request" and not a bug.
